By now we all know how important protein is in connection with training and weight loss. That's why it's good to get a good shot of protein after training or for a snack to keep you full, so why not make it a little extra delicious? We have put together an easy and delicious recipe so you can pamper yourself a little extra after a hard workout
Protein is the body's building block. Protein is used to, among other things, build cells, tissue (including muscle tissue)
You find the largest amount of protein in meat, fish and poultry as well as eggs and dairy products. If you eat healthy and varied, you easily achieve the amount of protein you need during the day, but it can always be a good idea to supplement with protein powder if you do not get enough through your diet or if you are trained/an athlete.

We have made a recipe for a delicious protein shake. In this recipe, you must use WHEY protein powder and banana as a carbohydrate source. This form of protein powder is absorbed quickly by the body and is therefore extra good after training, when the body is more receptive to protein and carbohydrates
Post workout shake
- 1 scoop whey from Women's Best
- About 100g skyr or Greek yoghurt
- Milk to desired consistency
- 1 small banana
- Two handfuls of ice cubes
Course of action
Take all ingredients and put them in a blender. Blend until there are no lumps.
If you want to add some extra carbs, add honey and top if necessary. with berries
